What program are you talking about uinstalled and reinstalled? Non printing sounds like bad setup or configuration conflicts. Does your computer see the printer?

Is this on Windows? Can you cancel delete the jobs in the spooler?
Most Firefox print problems seem to be either that the content is not laid out as well as it should be (pretty common) or you get a pop-up error and nothing is sent to the spooler (seen here several times a year). A "hung" print job that the spooler thinks has not terminated on Firefox's side is one I can't recall seeing here.
Does the complexity or design of the page influence when your Firefox can print and when it can't?

i do an they just sit there but when i go to print from any other program works just fine. it only seems to happen in firefox just sits in spooling then i have to cancel the command and reset computer to get the printers to clear any jobs stuck in spooling
and the pages in question print fine when opened in any other broswer
Does the problem vary depending on the complexity of the page, or does Firefox never "finish" the job?
Could you mention what kind of printer it is, or search for any print-specific tips related to Firefox?
No the page complexity does not matter just firefox does not send all the data to the windows print spooler(sits at 0kb of data sent to printer) happens on a brother laser pinter, hp ink jet, and a cannon ink jet do not remember the models of printers
did you try The Refresh feature?
(called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.
Did this fix the problem? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
That was the first thing I tried
