Since the last big upgrade (62?) I can't organize my bookmarks. Is there anything I can do about this?
There used to be an organize function that I'd open and then I could move them around, into different folders, etc. Is there anyway to do this now? Windows 10.

If you are looking for the Menu Bar please go to Customize and mouse to the left side bottom and turn it on. Click Bookmarks, Show All Bookmarks
or if have the Bookmark icon up from Customize with a Star and a pan Click on it then Show All Bookmarks
When I click the down carot to the right of the bookmark side bar---there used to be a function for 'organize'. It's not here anymore.
No idea , do not use side bar. Other ways have been given
