- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)

Last week, other users reported YouTube acting up while they were logged into their Google account, but behaving normally when logged out. Strange! Do you notice anything like that?
Also, some users have reported that YouTube generally works more poorly in Firefox since YouTube introduced the "Polymer" design. You could try reverting Firefox to the old design using the following URL or an add-on:
- https://www.youtube.com/?disable_polymer=1
- https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/youtube-classic/ (I haven't tried this myself)
Hello and ty for the input.
Even in Safe Mode, it still doesnt work at all.
I dont even have Adblock or any type of similar add on right now.
Even if I log out of Google, it is the same.
The drivers are ok, I can use Google Chrome but I REALLY LIKE FIREFOX.
THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR TAKING YOUR TIME TO ANSWER AND TO HELP ME!!!
Hi Lydia27, your "THANK YOU" makes it sound like the problem is finally solved. Is that true, it's working now?

No, just expressing my gratitude. The problem is still there.
What extensions do you currently have installed?
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data
"Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
