Unable to sign into a web site with FX but able to do so with MS Explore, how do I correct this?

When trying signing in to a " Chase credit card account" using FX ; after entering ID & PW it goes back to the previous open page and give en error of incorrect ID &/or PW. Yet when I use MS explorer v.9 (I think) I'm able to go right to the correct web page. How do I correct this?

Hi, are you getting any error messages ?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

If you are running any of the above software please their community forum for a work around.

flashplayer30_xa_install.exa failed to install.

It seems I have other problems ... "Download folder" is missing. I have tried doing a search for it, but I get an error message "can not find folder may have moved". I'm paraphrasing the error, in any chase it is beyond my skill set. Will be taking the computer to the shop.
