Which file properties are lost when copying Thunderbird profile from an NTFS system to a FAT32 ?
When I copy the profile to a USB drive (FAT32) Windows 7 warns that some file properties can't be copied. How much does this matter ?

I suggest you ask Microsoft that question. But I would guess all the security information as FAT has no security inherent to it.
