I just have reinstalled my Windows 10 to have a clean enviroment again. After installing all must have apps such as media players, browsers and co. I wanted to set up my Firefox Sync, but unfurtunately no data is being synchronizing... (bookmarks, chronics & co.)

I mean i've done this progress a lot of times already, but this time it failed. I don't know what i can do right now. I do really needs my previous set up, such as addons, scripts & co.

What can i do?

Sync is intended to be used to synchronize Firefox data across multiple devices; not as a "backup medium" for a solitary device.

Did you happen to reset your Sync password before being able to connect to Sync with the fresh installation?

If so, that was a "fatal" mistake. When a new password is set, the data on the Sync server for that account is wiped; the manner of encryption used by Sync makes that data worthless and irretrievable with a different password, thus that data is deleted.
