I don't think I understand what you're asking for.

However, messages are placed into the Bulk Mail folder by Yahoo. There is nothing Thunderbird can do about that.

You might try to recover the situation by use of a filter, but Thunderbird's filters only work automatically on the Inbox, so you'd have to run them manually on the Bulk Mail folder.

The real solution would be to whitelist these senders so Yahoo don't filter them to Bulk Mail. But Yahoo are notorious for not making such options possible.

you can right mouse click on the bulk folder in Thunderbird and run filters. This run the filters of the inbox on the folder (bulk) . I need to have this executed all the time. It will be to much to white list.
