If you only need the links then you can select the bookmarks and copy the selection to the clipboard. You can paste the clipboard content in a text Editor (url's only; text/unicode) or in an HTML capable editor to get A href links (text/html).

Thanks! I was hoping for something more direct so I could just share the folder instead of having to send my co-worker a bunch of individual links, but if that's it, that's what I'll do.
