In the Junk mail settings, check the setting for "When I mark messages as junk", to make sure that it is set to "Move them to the account's Junk folder", not "Delete them"

Thanks for the reply.

Already set that way. Messages still going from Inbox --> Trash. Cannot delete Trash but can Junk. All emails in Trash marked Read when trying to Delete.

Worked better in Safe Mode and with Add-Ons disabled.

Now I guess I'll have to figure out which one. Nice if there was a tool to help.
