firefox for windows bookmarks won't sync to my android device

OK this is the second time I have asked this question! I am running the latest ver of Fire Fox on all devices. I have sync enabled on all devices. My lap-top bookmarks will not sync to my android device. I need to know how to fix this. 

OKAY THIS QUESTION AND THE ONE PREVIOUS I POSTED HAVE GONE UNANSWERED FOR MONTHS NOW! APPARENTLY NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
