Permissions of saved and downloaded files

Hi, the permissions of files saved from the scratchpad or downloaded for temporary viewing are -rw------- (in Firefox 45, debian).

How can you change them to -rw-rw-rw- ?

For security reasons I run Firefox in its own user account. If the files are not world readable, I cannot use them with my real user account and have to manually call chmod for every saved files.
