Uninstall it with an uninstaller like Revo, make sure you deleted files amd registry entries, and reinstall. This should remove the password.
If you are talking about the Password Managers Master Password option, the manager will remain locked until the correct password is provided. This is a security feature. There is no way around this.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
