GMail and Google Voice and Google Hangouts can't place or answer phone calls anymore, but texts do go through. When I click on Make A Call/phone icon, the call popup appears & it appears to be dialing but is silent. When I open the Call Settings button in the keypad popup FF does not list anything in the Microphone or Speakers dropdown menu - it is blank. I also can't answer calls or press a number (voicemail) as the keypad does not seem to generate any tones. This feature worked fine about a week ago, I haven't added any extensions or updated them, I tried resetting FF but it still didn't work without any extensions. I have not updated operating system - Mac El Capitan. My Google Voice/Hangouts work great in Chrome & on iOS devices so it's not the google account. Plugins are set to always allow and on each page - gmail, g voice, hangouts - Page Info is set to allow plugins, popups. Is there a checklist for this?
