Crash ID: bp-00dd5ac6-690d-460d-88e5-112002110611 is the latest in a long string of crashes. I have uninstalled Mozilla and reinstalled several times but, even with a refresh, the browser will only stay open for a few seconds before it crashes again making it difficult to make any configuration changes to fix the crash issues. I have used Mozilla for years with an occasional crash now and then but I am stumped on what to do now.

hi, this is just a guess, but in case you have nvidia's network access manager or forceware network manager software installed, please go into your system control panel and uninstall it (or go there and have look if it is listed there, if you're unsure about this).

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

If you can't get Firefox to open, you will have to do this the hard way. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozillacrashreporter Open the file browser / explorer on your computer. Note: You may have to enable Show Hidden Folders / Files. Enter this in the address bar;

Mac OS: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Crash Reports/submitted Linux: /home/<username>/.mozilla/firefox/Crash Reports/submitted

Copy the last 5-7 Recent File Names in the folder. Post the information in the reply box below.

I am unable to reply to a "no reply@" email address so...FF crashes in windows safe mode and FF safe mode. I have attached the last few crash reports

I have been unable to copy the crash reports to a format that will work for what you ask. I can't copy the list into this response box either as a zip file or the individual reports list. I can email the list if I had a valid email address to send it to. The "no reply@" from your email to me originally of course is un-deliverable and of no use in this instance.

I need a suggestion on how to get the report to you since FF won't stay open long enough to do anything and I am using Chrome to try and answer your request for crash info. The list is very long. I cannot cut and paste into this box and have so method to take an image of the list that the reply would need. Help!
