My website has a "Secure Connection Failed... (Error code: ssl_error_handshake_failure_alert) " error

I have a website that is secured with TLS. I can access it via IE and Chrome, without trouble. I need it to be accessible with Firefox also... so as to have all browser choices represented. Site: https://368mibn.com/gallery

The main site https://368mibn.com is accessible via firefox, but the /gallery portion uses smart card authentication.

I have included an image of https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=368mibn.com which gives my site an A+ rating.

I cannot figure out what the problem is.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.
