I have Thunderbird v38.1 and Lightening calendar is no longer there. Its supposed to be bundled w/ v38.1. How do I get it back?
Please note...I have rebooted and restarted Thunderbird, and still no change. I noticed under my add-on's that Thunderbird is listed there. I thought this might be conflicting, so I tried to delete/undo it, but it will not remove.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

No screen shot is needed because...
The lightening calendar is completely gone from TB, as if it was never there to begin with.
Simply put, I updated TB to v38.1 and lightening calendar was bundled in with TB and I used it w/out issues for a couple weeks...Now, lightening calendar is missing and is no longer bundled, but TB is still v38.1.
Thanks!
How and why will it not remove? The Lightning entry in the add-ons page should have buttons for disabling and removing it. Do you have these? Do they not work? Is it disabled?
Lightning being "bundled" with TB38.1.0 shouldn't be relevant to you; you already had it installed. The bundled Lightning only matters to those installing Thunderbird afresh, where they have never previously made a conscious decision to install it. If you upgrade to TB38 from an earlier version, it should respect your current choice about Lightning; retain and update it if already installed or ignore it if not previously installed.

My add-ons are enabled.
I have restarted TB and rebooted my PC several times, and still lightning calendar is absent from TB.
