I want to forward a webpage easily,how?
There used to be something that popped up that allowed me to forward a website or page to anyone on my address book. It seems to have disappeared? I can't remember the name of it.

I'd just copy and paste the URL, found in the web browser's Address Bar, into an email message. The URL will appear as a link that the recipient can click on. If you had any functionality that offered "send link via email" this was probably a feature of your OS and not really anything to do with Thunderbird itself.
Sending a web page is rather tricky, since it is made up of multiple components all of which need to be captured and included in an attachment. This generally calls for a zip file to coalesce all the bits into a single file.
