how do I fix this error message? terminal.sonefex.com:8443 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. HELP!

I use this site for work every day. Last night it stopped letting me access the page. I have no idea what changed. Our terminal is used by staff everyday and I can't get paid without it. I tried all the basic fixes covered by the help/troubleshooting pages. I have cleared cache and cookies/history, I have added the page as an exception made it my home page, I have gone into the trouble shooting info and deleted the little dll file as suggested and rebooted firefox...nothing is working PLEASE HELP

Your common name is wrong, it shouldn't be someone's name; it should be your URL.
Also, the certificate is 10 years expired... not that it should matter. I can load the page just fine from here: "Operator Sign-On"

thanks for responding I don't know why it showed that name...but this is the error I have been getting now An error occurred during a connection to terminal.sonefex.com:8443. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

it is not solved...i can open it in explorer but as of last night not in mozzilla
While I'm not good enough with Firefox to help with the actual error, I would suggest grabbing a free SSL certificate from StartSSL. They are fully valid, signed, and work in 99% of browsers.
Replace your self-signed with a free valid one, and see if it fixes it.
Others may be able to provide more insight on this errors.

Could someone have accidentally restored an old folder to the server? Because really, no browser should accept a certificate that expired in 2007.
If you click the padlock on the address bar in IE and view the certificate, is it something complete different than the one retrieved by Firefox? I have attached a screen shot for comparison.
Maybe you use Firefox's Refresh feature? This could occur if you responded to a prompt that Firefox was starting slowly and you could speed it up by restoring some default settings. If you click that button, Firefox performs a refresh and your old settings folder moves to the desktop into a folder named Old Firefox Data. Do you see anything like that?
During a refresh, certificates you may have imported in the past to bypass this issue would have been removed and replaced with the standard certificate file. So that could explain the change.
