Hi , Your thread has been escalated to the Help Desk, however I am not entirely sure what you are asking. Can you please provide a little more information and definition to what start times you are tracking and how you are tracking them?

From home page of Mozilla Firefox I click on uppermost icon on the right <<Menu>> then, done this, on the bottom I click << ? >> and then << Analisys of integrity of Firefox >>. This screen gives me data of : version in use, should give me the amount of total time of use, from the last update I suppose. Below on the left I should see the montly time of use and other data but all these data do not change day after day. On the right of the screen I should see the graphic of starting times for each day but also in this case I do not have any data. I hope the all above may help you in solving my problem. Many thanks

That does not sound like a Firefox menu. Are you using an icon?

In the third image you can see the problem i've reported. In the graph for the Firefox startup time i see only one value. Moreover the total usage time for current month shows me zero. And, finally, the total usage time (not the total monthly), does not increase. Many thanks.

This page lets you know how long it takes Firefox to start when called. And some other information. If it takes a long time for Firefox to start, this would show you.

Sorry for delay of my answer. I went to the link you have provided but what I found was informations already known by me when I tried to solve my problem that is still open. I want to go back to my first question : why chart of daily startup time, once selects it "ALL", does not give me more data but one datum ? Why total usage time and monthly usage time do not increase day by day . All this happened after versione 37.0.0. Thanks so much for yor help. Bye

Do you ever close Firefox on your Desktop? This might be why.
