Adobe is constantly crashing

My list of submitted crash reports is probably a mile long. I am getting so sick of it constantly crashing. What can I do to fix this? Please help, I am desperate.

You can try disabling hardware acceleration in flash by following the instructions at Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again under "disable hardware acceleration". This fixes most crashes with flash player.
If this does not work, you should try asking someone in the adobe forums: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=FLDP
