Add a toolbar in customize
So today I decided to refresh firefox, backed up the profile folder(hadn't realized the refresh does that for you), as I've used it to easily get things running as I liked upon a fresh OS install. I figured a refresh wouldn't be a bad thing(things weren't actually getting slow for me), it would clean out some of the old files in there. The thing is, I could have sworn the customize screen originally upon its release had the ability to add another toolbar for whatever you may want. I took a screenshot of my add-ons before the refresh and nothing in there involved appearance except Personas Plus. I know there's probably an add-on somewhere that probably does something along the lines of what I'm looking for, but if I'm right and the ability to add a toolbar through the customize menu and throw what you want in there had already existed, why remove it? All I know is somehow that bar got there, and it doesn't appear to have been an extension/add-on. If I recall correctly it's been there since the update that added the customization menu, as I know I somehow added it probably the day I updated.

You lose the extensions and because Firefox doesn't have a feature to add toolbars you need to reinstall the extension that adds this feature.
You may have had the Classic Theme Restorer extension that provide one extra toolbar.

I had no Classic Theme Restorer, as I said, there were no add-ons involving appearance beyond Personas Plus. I also should note I knew that add-ons had to be reinstalled, and did so(part of the reason for the screenshot mentioned was to remember all the add-ons I had).
