My thunderbird 37.0 start downloading new email, but suddenly saying "No messages to download" and it stop downloading. New Email remains in Mail Server

My Thunderbir is 37.0 version From March 31st, 2015 everytime it checks for new messages from my Mail Server the process goes to downloading some (number of) mails but it suddenly goes to "No messages to download" but no mail went to my thunderbird inbox. Please help me to resolve this problem.
