firefox wont load "missing profile" or inaccessable, i have tried for hours to correct thid (i deleted a firefox running slow message and have been unable to load since) if anyone could help i would need the info in the simplest of terms for me to be able to follow. i have tried to reply to a previous post but dont know how to.thank you for your time and hopefully your help.all the instructions appear on the firefox page but get absolutely nowhere
