I'm up to the most current version of Firefox

120.0.1 (64-bit) Windows 11

For this and the last versions over a couple of years whenever I go to;

https://www.linkedin.com

Then try to go to any other page like https://nextdoor.com from a bookmark, it stays on linkedin.

If I enter the address by typing it in, it works.

I have been having with YouTube for a couple of days. It asks to turn off ad blockers. I have done so and it still requests to turn ad blockers and still won't allow viewing. YouTube works on other browsers.

I am sure YouTube is playing games but can you help?

I know this may not interest you, but it really bothers me that I can't share the page with sound. Please help me if possible or add such an option. For now, unfortunately, I have to use other browsers that have these functions. Regards

I have reinstalled and refreshed the app many times, but whenever I try to search something, it says "An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. This happens with every single search on every website, not just google.

So I've noticed that after putting my computer to sleep, upon return Firefox will be unable to load any videos from seemingly any site. The temporary solution to this is to reset my computer as sign offs, locks or returning to sleep do not clear the issue. I've tested on different browsers/sites and can confirm that this is exclusive to firefox. I have booted firefox in troubleshoot mode, cleared my history and given the sites time to load with no luck on any of them.

Is there a solution to this?

Is there a way to enable using both a default pattern as well as a custom image for the background on Firefox Color? I really want to enable both but it is making me choose one or the other. Please help me do this or enable the ability to do so.

Every time I open Firefox, it asks to update. This started two or three days ago, and it's getting annoying. Am I the only one this is happening to? Do I need to remove it and start over?

As of yesterday when I was running v119.0 I was able to screen capture streaming content from Hulu/Netflix etc, this morning after upgrading to v120.0 overnight, that capability is now lost. Video and still captures are just a black screen. Please fix!

I use photopea.com for photo editing and stuff, but I accidentally clicked on the option to have that site not show a pop-up asking if I'm sure I want to leave the site and asking if I'm sure I want to close a project. Now I can't close projects at all.

Can someone tell me how I can re-enable it for the website?

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

I have just reinstalled windows and then Firefox. If I click settings then a menu item it just freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

Any suggestions?

I have recently reinstalled windows and then installed Firefox. When I go to settings then click on an item Firefox freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled (with revo uninstaller) but it still happens.

Would appreciate suggestions.

No matter what I try, my MFF keeps crashing at startup. For some reason, it tries to open 2 pages the windows at the same time, which is illogical. I deleted firstly my: sessionstore.jsonlz4 logins.json to no avail.

Then I tried to open MFF through elevated CMD with the command: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -safe-mode Again, 2 windows pop crashing immediately.

I do not understand why all of the sudden, it tries to open 2 different instances at once. This makes no sense. I am out of ideas, having tried many an option found on Google, but which none give me a solution.

If anyone has an idea, I would be quite darn thankful. This MSEdge crap that I need to use now is not quite my thing.

I trying to combine two similar but different boookmark lists on my Firefox browser but haven't been able to find a working solution. I could use some good advice where I don't need to download any sort of app.

I frequently use GroupMe on desktop from Firefox, on two separate computers (a self-built desktop, and a Dell Latitude laptop).

Starting sometime over a week ago, I have been unable to drag & drop or otherwise upload photos in my chats. The only method that works is pasting direct URLs of JPGs.

In all other circumstances, I get the uploaded image error attached to this post.

Two different GroupMe support agents have said that, since image upload is still working in Edge, that it's a Firefox problem.

Tried clearing cache, site cookies, reset the browser, ran in troubleshooting mode...same result every time.

This is not the "image file size too big" error. I used to routinely post captures from the Snipping Tool, and I can't anymore.

I'm not sure where else to go to troubleshoot this. It's very annoying. Any suggestions?

I've set custom fonts through Settings > Fonts > Advanced, but the fonts I have specified are not being used on any websites even if I uncheck the box that says "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above". For example, I've set the default sans serif to Source Sans 3, but websites use Arial regardless of the settings. The only custom font I've gotten to work is Segoe UI (the UI font on Windows); all other just fall back to Arial. The problem persists even if I disable all extensions/add-ons. I'm also experiencing the problem for non-Latin scripts; I've tried to set the default Bengali font to Noto Sans Bengali, but websites are using Vrinda instead.

I'm running Firefox version 120.0 on Windows 11, any help is greatly appreciated!
