I know from visiting other forums that updates to Firefox have been released, but MSIX is not installing them - or even notifying me, much less asking if I want to install them. For example, Help > About Firefox shows that I am running V.129.0; yet I'm pretty sure that V.120.0.2 has been released.

Why? What can I do to ensure that I'm running the latest release?

I've restarted Firefox to see if that would work. It did not. I haven't rebooted to see if that works; but, even if it does, that seems to be a rather drastic effort to install a new version.

My RoboForm Mozilla add-on stopped working and I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app. When I try to reinstall the extension, the following pop-up occurs: RoboForm Start Page has detected RoboForm browser extension but cannot connect with it. Please update RoboForm browser extension. How do I update the RoboForm browser extension? Thanks for any help you can provide to resolve this issue.

After updating with Mozilla 129.02 yesterday my platform freezes completely after about 30 secs. I cannot even get the Task manager to work. I have to switch it off at the mains and hope the switch back on is not too harmful. ( 'Update' is fast becoming one of the most scariest words in the English language)

I have tried to download the latest update (v129.0.2). The download stops at about 98kb. This happened on the last update (v129.0.1) as well and it took me countless attempts to get it to work.

I know there are work-arounds but why should I have to **** around with my machine just to get an update?

Firefox has been an excellent browser but something has happened. I tried to access the help and, after several minutes of a blank page, I got the attached. Other legitimate pages are not loading. Sorely tempted to revert to Safari but i have donated this year and still prefer Firefox.

I used to have a home icon to return to firefox home page; it has disappeared.Any help getting it back would be greatly appreciated.I think I might have gotten it back thru the extension app but don't remember the process. Thanks

Just attempted to install latest Firefox update and now NEITHER program can be accessed...ERROR...Platform version 129.0.2 is not compatable with minversion>=129.0.1 maxVersion<129.0.1 NOW, I CANNOT OPEN FIREFOX AT ALL and have no access to the bookmarks, anything having to do with FIREFOX Windows 10

i have bought another mac 2013 with big Sur system installed and i am not seeing firefox in the app store ? is there any solution how can i get in my mac ?

When I went online today (8/21/2024) firefox said it needed an update and started running it. Seemed to take a long time, and then timed out. killed the browser and restarted. Same thing.

Is this a bad update? Having to use another product to ask this question.

LINUX. see subject, please. i started on this laptop w/ mint. 5 or 6 years ago. then downloaded peppermint 1 and has been working great, but the browser does not update automatically like is said. Then, my Linux guy up and passed away. I know no one in town that uses it. I'M ON LINUX. any help appreciated. have gotten some replies with folk trying to help, but it just wants to download/install whole program. my bank wants me to upgrade to at least 115. can't access accts. Chase are useless. They don't know what Linux is. Perhaps someone here can point me in right direction? Regards. God bless.
