I am watching a movie and would like to use Picture-in-Picture mode so I can continue watching while working, thanks to its floating window feature. However, I can no longer use it.

I have already tried clicking the Picture-in-Picture icon on the video, using the Ctrl + Shift + ] shortcut, and verifying that the feature is enabled under Settings > Tabs and Browsing > Media. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Aside from its extension support, Picture-in-Picture is one of the main reasons I chose Mozilla Firefox.

I rely on Firefox entirely for my business. I'm really concerned that Firefox is become choked up - it is really slow to load pages. Am desperate to get it cleaned up ('serviced' so to speak) but am finding it difficult to get simple instructions to do this myself. Where can I get expert help?

I'll directly jump into - 12 years of Bookmarks and history are gone after the last update. No warning or anything. Can you help me restore? That's unbelievable.

I have been trying to trouble shoot, checking my volume settings, disabling ad blocker, etc, but nothing is helping.

I tested the URL in TOR and Chrome browsers which I installed on my laptop, the audio works AOK on those.

FF has been my browser of choice since it was launched, so I'd really appreciate if someone can suggest what the Audio issue might be.

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

I utilize a website called Twinspires for wagering on horses. It has a video popup (no sidebar tabs) that one can engage to watch the race outside of the Firefox browser. I quite like this feature. That said, I keep quite sidebar tabs saved as I use that feature to pin and then revisit websites that I want to spend more time on. Problem: If the browser closes on its own or other issue, it doesn't close the video popup. So when I restart the browser it "thinks" that video popup, with no saved sidebar tabs, was the last browser open so I lose all my saved sidebar tabs. If everything Firefox would close when the browser does, one could restore all tabs under history like one would normally do. Is there a setting so everything Firefox that is open closes when the browser does? Thank you.

I have had access to TastyTrade thru FireFox for years. Within the last two days I am unable to log on. When I click on the link the screen goes all white and the page will not open. When using Edge I am able to get logged in but not thru FireFox which is my preferred browser.

The summary says it all. Some time in the pas few days, my saved payment methods disappeared. If I try to use Add new payment method, enter my information and then save, the same things happens. It just disappears as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions on why it's suddenly refusing to remember my payment info?

The built in VPN worked great for me for a couple of months, but now whenever I try to turn it on, it starts with the "Get Started" screen, which takes me to a page to confirm my account. When I press continue the VPN button just goes back to the "Get Started" screen & the loop repeats. I've tried signing out & refreshing my Firefox installation but I keep getting the same result. Before it started doing this the button to turn on the VPN was appearing but would not react to clicks.

In this case I accessed my Acer account and clicked on my notebook. I then got the screen shown in the image. I could access the page with Opera, Chrome, and Edge.

This is happening a lot, and is rendering Firefox unusable as my default browser.

Hi after the 152.0.6 Firefox update I cannot get rid of the round Firefox logo on my home screen and new tabs. I have this toggled off in settings and toggled false in about:config. Why aren't these updates tested before release to the public

I have been a dedicated user and promoter of Fire Fox and Mozilla; but recently getting very frustrated, when following all directions, cannot STOP Firefox from blocking specific or ALL websites; should be given choices, should be clearly explained and yes, your systems have said click on Shield, but that DOES nothing!

Would appreciate a fix in details by people running the system, and know that suggestion will be simple fix and clearly understood. Thanks.

I have lost my Bookmarks toolbar. It is present in Manage Bookmarks but the toolbar appears blank, with no icons, on the main page.

I have gone thro all the advice here to no effect.
