MY TV cant connect to the internet, I am using the same internet as my laptop
MY TV will not connect to the internet, I am using the same Virgin broadband internet as my laptop. My Sony Bravia TV is wired and recognises the link, but wont access the Sony Server

The site was good, it was a chat line to an engineer, unfortunately the engineer was in America, and eventually when he couldn't resolve the problem, he asked me to get in touch with Sony UK support. These staff just seem to send out email solutions when you speak to them by telephone, chat would be a lot easier. Still not fixed as yet
