I changed my signature file, which had my name, and now get "?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?"[etc.] How do I revise the file to have my name, telephone number, and email address? Thank you.

you may have some old HTML formats that are now not supported. Look in your account settings pane for the account name. If you post the full HTML syntax, or a snapsnot of the account pane if it includes the HTML, some suggestions will be offered. Thank you
