Last browser update messed up Zynga games
9/30/23 ~ I think the last automatic update, for my Firefox browser, messed up my access to Zynga. I'd like to uninstall the update. I've seen where I could "start over", with Firefox, but I can't seem to find it again. I'm willing to go back to the basics if I could play my game again! What do I do? I've done all the things I needed to do via Zynga (over and over) and it's not helping!

I'm not sure I want to make a "new profile". I did go look at it. Seems like I shouldn't have to do that, if Firefox hadn't messed something up with their update? I already deleted Firefox and installed it again. I think that should have "refreshed my existing profile". I may have messed up any chance of going back to a simpler, non updated, version when I did the uninstall/reinstall. I just looked at the instructions for refreshing my browser, posted here at Mozilla. Nope. I don't have those options in my 3 bar at the top of my screen! I looked and looked. This web site is so huge and confusing, after a point I want to quit! I'm working with Zynga too. That's a lot of instruction! I do enjoy learning how to use my computer, but after a while it's not learning! I'm confused! Sorry so long winded! I'll be quiet now. I'll click on refreshing my profile. But I found that that action makes me lose this note and I have to start the reply over again! So I'll send this and go from there! THANK YOU for your help. I'll let you know if my game starts to work!
