Cannot remember Primary Password for syncing
This computer was set up back in 2015 and I never needed to use a primary password and I logged out of my computer and when I logged back in it was asking me to enter a primary password which I don't remember. Nothing anyone can do here if you forget or can't access the email address that the password reset was sent to. This isn't a support ticket line it's only user help forum.
