Hi Celine, Sync isn't always speedy, but it's also possible that your data isn't actually there. To see what is up in the Sync cloud, try this:

(1) Install the following add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/about-sync/

(2) Type or paste about:sync in the address bar and press Enter to load the extension page

(3) The page should display several sections for each category that was set to Sync. If you click the Records (table) tab in a section, it should show what is on the server.

Can you see your data there?

Did you possibly reset the password of the Sync account because you forgot the password?

Resetting the password for the Firefox Account because you do not remember the password will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key can decrypt this data.
