I can't remember when it started, but one day tabs on my Firefox browser suddenly started having visual issues where textures or pictures would show up as a vibrant green (more recently its begun highlighting some yellow as well). I've had similar problem in the past with videos instead, but I fixed that by updating my graphics card. This problem also affects text as well. Sometimes letters will be invisible, glitched beyond comprehension, or purple. I've tried turning off hardware acceleration, resetting Firefox to default, and completely uninstalling and reinstalling, but none of these have fixed it. I'll attach some images below. (this problem is specific to Firefox, Microsoft Edge works fine)

Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem still persists. To start in Safe Mode, hold the Shift key while launching Firefox from your Windows desktop.

Try changing your settings to allow websites to choose their own fonts. Under Options > General > Language and Appearance > Fonts and Colors Press the Advanced... button Check the box Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above
