trying to log-in. enter username and password. input 2-step verification number from iPhone. screen reverts back to log-in screen.

steps to fix so far: deleted all history, including cookies. logged out of all signed-in iCloud browsers using my macbook. chatted with apple support.

finally able to get it to work by uninstalling firefox and reinstalling.
