I was invited to get the free built-in Mozilla VPN. (This is actually the second time it popped up when I opened Firefox. The first time, I was busy, so I didn't have time to read about it.) This time I signed in to Mozilla and selected Version 149 (because the article said that's what was being rolled out now). In the toolbar, I don't see the prompt inviting me to set it up. Does that mean I'm not eligible? Also, I'm not even sure I can SEE the Firefox toolbar. I've been thinking about getting a VPN, so this time I jumped on the free offer for the built-in VPN. I also get hundred of spam emails and ads, so I thought it might help with that problem, too. Thanks.

I keep getting messages to try the vpn, but the option doesn't appear for me and attempts to change firefox configuration settings has not helped.

I ask since I dont use a VPN regularly and I know one of the famous uses for one is for streaming services for exclusive content in other countries. I would assume no that location changing like that wouldn't apply but I am curious and wanted to ask for anyone elses input on it
