this is my back-up laptop, which until recently synced perfectly with the main one. now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot understand what is happening the background.

I tried to sync my desktop and mobile today. Nothing loaded to my mobile a fact I am now gratefull for because my desktop did sync with the cloud ERASING an entire year of deleating broken bookmarks. What I want to know is how to deleate the cloud so this never happens again!

i have changed windows and i put the same old account on firefox but still not recover my old browser data or passwords , etc i loss everything , please help to recover all my data

I opened up Firefox for the first time in a while on this newer laptop, and all of my bookmarks are missing. I recently opened Firefox on my work desktop, and they were all there.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have finished my setup. But it keeps saying "finish setup" in the upper right corner of the browser. I have completed all the steps. I want to sync this desktop to my mozilla account. What do I do?

please tell me how to solve the problem in the one sentence i was asked to provide. i have tried syncing from both devices and have disconnected and reconnected to se if that helps, nope. i have no problem syncing bookmarks from desktop to android but the other way around is not working

I'm logged into Firefox account and have everything synced. I've logged multi-account containers (MAC) into my Firefox to try and sync accounts. However, the containers are not syncing AND I now cannot send tabs to or from this instance of Firefox.

This started either after I refreshed Firefox or after I reinstalled it, I'm not sure which. Before Refresh I definitely had full sync, and I believe containers were synced but I had not changed anything in MAC for a long time, many months maybe years.

To try and fix this, I logged out of my Firefox account for both MAC and the whole browser, then closed Firefox. I then restarted Firefox, logged into my Firefox account and tested that I could send and receive tabs - I could, so that worked. I then logged into my Firefox account with MAC and tried to send a tab, and I couldn't, and nor did the containers sync. So, it seems that the MAC addon breaks sync.

A workaround is just to not depend on containers sync, but I'd prefer to get this back.

Any suggestions on how to fix this, or is this a bug in Firefox or MAC?

Hi ich habe versucht, die einstellungen zum einem fehlgeschlagenen login mit hilfe von chaptjpt zu verbessern. habe dadurch mein konto verändert. mein password neu erstellt und wiederherstellungsschlüssel ist nich korrekt. auf dem iphone ist alles drauf aber mit dem sekundären email adresse und das password ist auch weg wie kann ich die einstellungen lesezeichen auf den firefox im rechner übertragen?

I am trying to sync FF to a new pc laptop from my old pc laptop. I am signed into FF on both devices, but they won't auto sync, even when the (orignal) says that it is. My old laptop is still running on Windows 10. Could this be the reason? If not, please advise how this can be accomplished.

My personal laptop was being repaired, and I was using my mom's old laptop until mine was fixed. I logged out of her Mozilla account on that laptop and signed into my own. Now that I have my personal laptop back, all of my passwords, bookmarks, and extensions are mixed in with all of hers. I don't know what to do, and I'm worried that if I remove bookmarks from my account, it'll create a domino effect that results in a catastrophic Mother's Day.... Please help, I'm not good with technology, I'm just a geology major.

Anybody else having issues with this feature? It had been working well to send tabs from my tablet and phone to my desktop computer, which I have been doing due to the lame way that FF uses for filing bookmarks into folders on the mobile devices.

A few days ago I started seeing "unable to send" popping up after a delay, instead of "tab sent" which typically appears immediately. Sometimes, the tab is sent even though it says it wasn't and sometimes it will send it after repeated attempts, and other times it doesn't. My wireless network and ISP connection are high speed and reliable.

So far, the problem only appears when trying to send from mobile to desktop. Sending from the desktop to mobile seems to work fine. The problem started while using 147.0.4 and persists after upgrading to 148.

I've tryed all obvious instructions and my bookmarks toolbar will not sync

Hello! I try so transport my tabs in Firefox to a new PC. Therefor I try to login, to be loged in I need an email with an code (6 numbers) But this email isn´t sent. I didn´t get it, or much to late. What can I do? Thanks for your help, best regards Kurt Füchtler
