Or at least get an expert from somewhere to come up with a solution to people that are not very computer savvy. So frustrating. What is even more frustrating I have no confidence that you will not be able to come up with solution.

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.
Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.
How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?

When I try to log in using it I get a message saying that "personalDomain.co.uk" is not a valid email address. How can I log into my account which was created using this email address? Hello, Yesterday I opened Firefox and found that websites were loading very slowly, to the point where some websites would time me out. This is only occurring on Firefox, I checked Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, they both worked fine. I am running Windows 10, and the latest version of Firefox I have run a clean reinstall and still no dice.
