Today (7/11/26) Mozilla VPN began blocking all access to the Internet. When I turn it off, I can connect. When I turn it on, I can't. Am I the only one? So far I have:

• Reset the app
• Uninstalled all WAN network adapters and restarted (I notice for the first time that Mozilla Tunnel appears in the list after doing this)

It is interesting to note that Proton free VPN which I installed as an experiment, and ran with Mozilla VPN entirely off (system tray quit as well) also blocks all Internet traffic. So it could be one of those Windows update issues. This afternoon, all was well. I turned off my machine, turned it back on, and no browsing can happen with either VPN on.

Normally, Mozilla VPN works flawlessly, so I have no complaints--it's only a technical mystery to unravel.

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

unable to get Download Helper to initialize in my Firefox browser. i have checked and rechecked so many things. how can i fix this so i can dl videos from the internet and watch them?

I use Firefox as my default program for opening PDFs. But if I try to open more than one at the same time it will always leave one out and instead open a "New Tab" that I don't need. Can't figure out why or how to fix it.

Example: If I check (windows 11) files A, B, C, D, and E. It will open A, B, D, & E and a "New Tab" and leave out C.

Any Solutions?

All of a sudden almost every site I try to enter comes up with "Secure Connection Failed". This started happening on Friday, July 10th for the first time. I've read almost every article in the Firefox's community forums and tried multiple actions and nothing stops this. I don't know why this all of a sudden when it never did this before. I hope someone can tell me how to stop this from happening].

I cannot recall my keepass password. I used my fingerprint to access. I put my password in keepass with it showing up when I opened the app but the app is all wonky in an endless deathloop and I cannot use my finger to access the database. What can I do?

I'm signed up and I get a window that says, to turn on VPN, Click the Turn On button. When I click VPN near the upper right corner of the browser, I see only a Get Started button, no Turn On button. If I click the Get Started button, it re-opens the window that indicates I'm signed in and tells me to click the Turn On button, again.

Can you assist?

Before facebook using reCAPTCHA I can easily logo in my Facebook and Instagram account, but now I always failed to pass the reCAPTCHA， I report this to Meta no good reply. Only today I did the reCAPTCHA and then got a reminder that facebook cannot detect the reCAPTCHA. I still cannot logo on to my facebook and instagram account due to reCAPTCHA. How can I solve this problem. Thx
