suddenly have to pass a bot test using drum sounds or weird images before I can get to my email. I've been using Firefox to access email at att.yahoo.com for many months with no problem. Now I cannot get in. My idea of snare drums is obviously not the right answer. the weird images are worse. I've cleared the browsing history and cache per the instructions and it didn't help. ATT said it was because updates were done--or not done--to Firefox that caused the problem. When I pull up settings, it says Firefox is updated automatically and I'm up to date.

 so do I just give up and go back to Edge?

Thank you for any help (I am not Luddite, but not a tech wizard either--so detailed help would be great!)

This device is essentially a thumb drive made by MOPAR that contains automotive serve diagrams for a Jeep Wrangler. When you boot this device with Firefox being the primary browser you get garbage instead of schematic drawings. If I make Edge the primary browser the card boots properly and runs. This a legally obtained card with no password system on board.

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

Yesterday, I could log into my credit union account with Firefox on my Win10 desktop; today, after a Firefox update, I can't. I switched to Chrome, and logged right in. Called the credit union and was told it was the new Firefox update. Can I switch back to the prior Firefox version? Thanks!

I am building a game that uses the canvas. Since the last update a lot of images are not displaying. I have always used Firefox to test the game and never had a problem. Test on other browsers have no problem. I have tried on localhost and on a live server. I have fingerprinting turned off.

Je rencontre un comportement étrange uniquement avec Firefox sur une page qui utilise des champs d'heure HTML (`input type="time"`).

Lorsque je saisis une heure de début et une heure de fin, le calcul est correct. En revanche, après un simple rechargement de la page, certaines valeurs sont automatiquement modifiées ou le résultat du calcul change alors qu'aucune donnée n'a été modifiée.

J'ai reproduit le problème en utilisant cette calcule heure. Le comportement est identique sur deux ordinateurs différents avec Firefox, alors que Chrome et Edge conservent les mêmes valeurs.

J'ai déjà essayé le mode de dépannage de Firefox, vidé le cache et désactivé toutes les extensions, mais le problème persiste.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré un problème similaire avec les champs `input type="time"` ou la gestion des données après un rechargement de page dans Firefox ?

Not sure if anyone else has realized this but Akamai / Edgesuite is using its algorithms to force people to stop using fire fox The reason that I see this is that I run a server with almost 100 web sites on it and Firefox has dropped from being quite significant a couple of years back. This is from one site of the almost 100 but is quite typical.

There are a number of requests opened about this but the only solution seems to be to switch to chrome. A massive number of major store sites are now using akamai / edgesuite and almost no-one using firefox can visit their stores now because of an error produced and there does not appear a simple solution for a person to even reach them. Some of the stores are Lowes, Tractor Supply, CVS, and others.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

Bonjour, firefox fonctionne mal avec certains sites et notamment sur le site caradisiac.com très souvent la barre des menus de ce site ne fonctionne pas alors que si j'utilise safari ça fonctionne normalement. je précise que j'utilise un Mac mini M1 à jour et firefox à jour avec l'extension ublock origine même en désactivant ublock cela ne fonctionne pas que se passe-t-il ? I was messing with devtools before on my own site, and now whenever I go to tetr.io I keep getting "Debugger paused". Clicking the little "Deactivate breakpoints" icon in the Debugger tab in devtools changes nothing and it's still there.

tetr.io used to work on Firefox; I think when I was on 154 was when I last went on there.

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

Also, I get stuck on some sites or error yet I worked day before or earlier in day and then again worked later by even 1-5 minutes.

I use Ubuntu Linux on my laptop: this OS was updated two days ago, from 24.04 to 24.04.2. Since then I have been unable to access my daily favourite website. A banner showing ACCESS DENIED is displayed, citing "unusual activity". I have attached a screenshot. I have discovered that I CAN access the website in the Brave browser. But Firefox is my preferred browser. I have tried deleting browsing history, opening a Private Window, rebooting the laptop but nothing has worked. I do have some Firefox folders, on containing stored passwords, another containing a recovery file but I don't know how to safely proceed now. What is the best way forward for me to allow me to access my favourite website? Should I create an entirely new account and if I do would I be able to import all my passwords and add-ons, etc.?

What can Firefox change so I can log into aarp.org or when I read an email open the article up from the AARP page. I continue to get error 15

I wanted to register a hose reel. I have attached the information provided for registering the product.

When I entered the URL shown on the card stating that the page could not be displayed. I don't remember the error exactly. The strange part is that I could go to the home page, but if I selected the registration option I got the error. So it made no difference how I tried to go to the registration page I got the same error.

I was about to call the manufacture when I decided to try Microsoft Edge. To my surprise the web page opened and I completed the registration.

After completing the registration I went back to FireFox to get the error for this question. To my surprise the web page opened correctly.

Can you explain what is going on and what I should do if it happens in the future?
