I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. When I logged in, I thought my extensions/themes would be there, but that wasn't the case. Can you help?

i accidentally refreshed my firefox and ii got my profile back .. but i accidentally deleted it .. after contacting a local wizard and going on a quest i found my profile sitting in a dark corner of my drive.. it seemed to all be okay but i saw my awesome theme was gone !! after checking to see if i still had my awesome extensions they were ALSO GONE !! everything else is here though like my passwords and stuff.. where are my extensions and awesome seal theme !! im scared and alone !!!! help me mozilla helpers !!

On a brand new powerful PC just signed in and there's no Add ons showing on this device.

I have two other devices where i have no issues, but this one...

What can i do?

I would like to be able to download YouTube videos.

Is there a Firefox add-on that will allow me to download YouTube videos onto my MacMini?

I tried Video DownloadHelper and YouTube Video Downloader and didn't see any action.

Do I need to setup settings a certain way to make it work?

What are the steps to make it work?

I would like to use a custom provider for the integrated AI sidebar.

My provider is Azure and I do have an endpoint for chat and it requires authentication with API key.

Is it possible to set the API endpoint as provider and provide somehow the API key to Firefox to use it for authentication?

P.S. the API key needs to be provided with the `api-key` header or the `Bearer` token if using OAuth.

Despite Tab Groups not yet being "rolled out" in Australia, I am wondering if "Container Tabs" will still be Supported (in the following ways):

1. Will Container Tabs still be able to be used effectively in concurrence with Tab Groups? 2. Is it planned that Tab Groups is being developed to replace Container Tabs? 3. If one will be able to use Container Tabs concurrently with Tab Groups, can different Container Tabs Types be split over different Tab Groups? 4. Is it planned that Tab Groups will supersede Container Tabs in terms of Protection, Privacy, etc.....? 5. Will Tab Groups be able to be put to sleep/hibernate in order that Firefox "speed/memory" is not effected?

Whilst on the subject of Tab Groups and Container Tabs: 6. Up until a few updates ago, when the mouse was hovered over a Container Tab, a dialogue box would indicate: the Tab Subject, Site Identity and Container Tab Type. Please bring back the Container Tab Type when the mouse hovers over a Container Tab..! 7. When this (Valuable) information was ceased, the only way to get similar information - namely the Container Tab Type - has been to use the: List all tabs icon {tab icon 2} at the Right hand end of the toolbar. It is a blessing that this was not changed, but still a bit of a nuisance to check them both! Why is this an issue you may well ask? - I am sure I am not the only Firefox user (Forever) - with memory decline!

I can't stand the pop-up constantly opening when I am on a new site, asking if I want to translate a page. First, I am proficient in multiple languages; second, I would not want a whole site translated, it messes with the formatting and frankly it isn't useful. I don't want to be forced to swap to Brave after all my years using firefox, but I am so agitated by the dropdown/popup and I cannot find any way to turn it off. Please, how do I disable this permanently?

Are you satisfied with the way it behaves? Do you find the tool awkward to use? Extremely sensitive to movement during capture. Tends to jump around, for lack of a better term. I just tried to copy a portion of a page, and during the in the attempt, it jumped to the bottom of the page, and there was no way to adjust back, so i have to start over.

The other day I wanted to save a full page, but both buttons would only "Save visible". No scroll.

Why is the no option to save in another format? The help article here says you can convert it afterwards.

Hasn't they been enough time to make a few small refinements.

Can you suggest an addon that will do the same jobs better?

Please help me in being able to translate Portuguese files. When I open a .pdf file in FireFox, and try to translate it from portuguese to english, the translate icon in FireFox is greyed out and doesn't work. What do I need to do to fix this?

I think is so nice this idea to put the IA assistance for research and study for college and programming for me. A have a question if is possible add another IA like: Copilot (Microsoft) or Deepseek.

The translate option pops up everytime that i open the browser or open a new window in the browser and its annoying as hell how do i remove it because i dont see any options where i can disaple it

Hi, I just installed the latest update (I think it's 136.0.2). I guess I skipped some/several versions. Suddenly my main menu isn't workin anymore (clicking it with the mouse, that is) There is some overlay which I can't find out, how to remove. Even the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't have any function. Luckily I can still access the menu via keyboard shortcuts. How can I remove that overlay bar ... or did I catch some malware ?

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

When i right click then i see a huge list of options i never had before, and open in next tab, copy and paste are no longer working. Added a screenshot of half the list of options i see when right clicking. It includes copy and mut and full screen options for video that i never had before.
