I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

Version 17.5.1 iPad pro M1, 12.9 inch, 5th Gen

Out of nowhere, the browser stopped when I was browsing and the pages started showing slowness. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

When I finally decided to start organizing my hundreds of bookmarks, I began to experience a crash every 1-2 minutes. I'm opening, editing and moving bookmarks into different folders, which by itself shouldn't cause frequent crashes. My phone's specs shouldn't be an issue either since I have an s24 ultra. I'm grateful for any replies, and would like to thank you for your time.

Listening to audiobooks made me notice this problem, often whilst my phone is turned off and the audiobook is playing in the background on a tab on firefox the audio would just stop and i would find either that firefox was still open but unloaded all the tabs, or that it simply crashed. I thought this was a thing that solely happened when playing audio in the background but then i noticed that it is actually a general problem when firefox is kept open in the background. It doesnt happen after a set amount of time, sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes after like 10 minutes that it is kept in the background. How can i fix this? its very annoying.

I have read the thread for this similar problems, tried all the suggestions but I'm Still experiencing videos not staying full-screen. Is there any other solution to it? This has started since yesterday but everything was fine before then.

I'm having the same problem as this guy.

I have a large number of open tabs in Firefox on my iPhone, a mixture of old and very old. I've been trying to go through the tabs and deal with them -- in some sense they are all todo items that I left open at least semi-deliberately.

If I tap on a thumbnail to load a tab, Firefox instead loads a blank page. If I tap the address bar after that, Firefox loads the new tab page, not the site corresponding to the tab that I selected. If I tap and hold a tab's thumbnail, Firefox crashes.

It was the case temporarily (possibly a bug) that some of these tabs would place a TLS failure icon in the left of the address bar when selected, while the blank page was displayed. Tapping on that would display the tab title, but not the tab URL. No longer is that TLS failure icon ever visible.

Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? Hi running latest firefox for Android on Pixel6a. Whenever I full screen a video, it minimizes Firefox and I'm back at my phone's home screen. After this happens I'll reopen Firefox and full screen the video it will work properly.

I was using Mozilla Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy s20+ without any issues. I have transferred all data from my old one to new one, Samsung Galaxy S24 after this migration Mozilla Firefox crashes, when I was forwarded from an app.

Standard browser: Mozilla Firefox I have already reinstalled the Mozilla. This action works properly with other browsers.

Sometimes whenever i use twitter it will crash and stop working everytime i switch a other tab it glitches and stays on the tab i switched from, and it would also black out and make the tab unusable.

To be really homest, I never had this kin of problem in chrome, your youtube video player has too many bugs. The issues I've faced are: 1.Whenever I play a video, it is always choppy which is so frustrating. 2.This happened so many times, when I turn switch into full screen mode the whole app crashes.

Please look into this issue, I like the UI and that is the reason why I'm still using mozrilla on my phone.
