Sorry, if you selected the option to Remove my Aurora personal data and customizations when uninstalling Aurora, you deleted your Firefox bookmarks (and other personal data) along with your customizations.

I filed a Bug about that issue like 3 1/2 years ago when that option was added to the uninstaller, and the developers didn't take my advice about providing a stronger message. The developers didn't take into account that the uninstaller deletes all data for every damn version of Firefox / Beta / Aurora / Nightly that a user might have installed and doesn't tell the user about that "quirk".
Of course, unless the user specifically creates a Profile for each version of "Firefox" that they install, the same Profile will be used by every version the user might have installed. So when that option is selected, the user is deleting the only Profile they have, without realizing their mistake.
