Face book had a message saying browser was not supported or updated. I do not know how to up date to the latest version of fire fox ?

Firefox 149.0.2 is the latest Release and 140.9.1esr is the latest ESR.
You appear to be running the old Firefox 113.0 released back on May 9, 2023.
The Firefox 113.0 Ubuntu version makes me think you are running a older flavour of Ubuntu related distro as software package updates ended that time which included Firefox package updates. You will have to update your Linux distro to a current supported version or perhaps use the Linux tarball version of Firefox from Mozilla.
The tarball version does get internal updates from Mozilla just like the macOS and Windows versions. Though you need to make sure wherever you put the extracted Firefox folder that it has read/write permissions for the user to get internal Firefox updates. https://www.firefox.com/download/all/
Ok it appears you are using the old Zorin OS 15.3 which was released Sept 8, 2020 and was made EOL April 30, 2023.
