How do I make Firefox mobile prompt me to comfirm before downloading when using 4G data

Some web site frequently ask you to download and install their apps. If you are not careful enough and touch it, firefox will start downloading it as soon as possible. When using 4G data instead of a wifi, it will be a disaster. You will never be fast enough to go over menu-tools-downloads and pause it, since 4G is too fast.

Many mobile browser I used before (including some inferior ones) would prompt user to confirm before downloading a large file using 4G data. So how do I make Firefox mobile behave like those browsers?

If there is no way to do so in the latest version of Firefox mobile (56.0b3/android-api-15/en-US), would some developers add this feature into future versions? I think this feature is very helpful.
