Is X-Ray googles possible to use on a Chromebook using G-Suite?

I am a super admin user for G-Suite and would like to know if it is possible to use X-Ray Googles on chromebooks and if its possible to push the link out for the bookmarks bar to all users? We use a proxy here that's blocks HTTPS websites by default and when trying to push the URL out as bookmark for all users, I get "Bookmark URL is not in accepted format" and wondered if there is another URL that I could use for this to work?
