A sent email shows some type of code that looks like an A

When I type an email it looks fine. After I send it, the copy seems to have embedded codes in it. Also, when the person replies, the codes are there as well. Here is a sample. We are again doing an online tax sale this year. So we need to advertise for the sale with a notice rather than a tax sale list. There are specific instructions for the display ad. Â It is a regular ad and does not need to be in the legal section. Â The ad must be at least 2" by 3" with a bold black border. Depending on the costs we would like the ad to be a bit larger. Â How can I avoid this in the future. I don't like these codes.
