I have a nasty strobe sensitivity and I use about:config ui.caretBlinkTime 0 to keep the cursor from flashing.

Unfortunately, it still flashes in some websites. e.g. DriveThroughRpg. Any idea how to keep websites from overriding this and other accessibility settings?
