"...account is being processed...wait till procingg complete" persists"
I am running Thunderbird 45.2: When a select get email ...my Thunderbird account displays dialog box "error with account <account name> the account <account name> is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete." I've waited and rebooted and still get message....I can see the emails on my Ipad but not on my computer with the Thunderbird application.
symptom occurred after updating the account E-mail address and Reply-to-address. These addresses were updated because I suddenly began experiencing an anomaly where I received a large volume of error notifications from the mail administrator of my Thunderbird account that showed many emails that I did not initiate were being returned .... So far I have tried various combinations of my gmail.com and my isp (cox.net) provider's email addresses I am stumped.
