  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

My FF browser constantly crashes on various sites - including support.mozilla.org and has been for the last several months. I've spent many hours googling and going through the mozilla support forum but I cannot find a solution and I'm extremely frustrated.

I am able to use FF on all of my other computers PC & Mac without any issues, but for some reason this one computer has a major problem with the FF Browser. I'm convinced it's the workstation, but I don't know what to do to troubleshoot it!?

I'm running dual ATI graphic cards with 5 monitors. I'd say that was the problem, but then why doesn't the program crash when I'm in google chrome?

Here are my last several crash reports... Any insight would be extemely helpful.
