Fire fox turns my cpu fan up when it's running.
The system is not getting hotter, tried safemode and disabled all plugins

it stops in safe mode, the only thing disabled is default theme.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
I tried that, still does it. In safe mode it doesn't crank up the fan. Only thing disabled in safe mode is the default theme.
