backbutton dropdown menu
Im back again with a reoccurring problem.
When I click on the back button a dropdown menu appears of where I have been before. It is irritating - how do I stop it from appearing?

I started in safe mode and looked at the exrensions/add ons I had. Deleted those that were there but I rarely used. Started back up in regular mode and the problem seems to be fixed.

Did you try to click for a shorter time on the button and release the mouse button quicker?

Yes. I did it as fast as I could - still got the dropdown menu
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
